Action during the G8 meeting in 2007 - GCAP Hungary

GCAP Europe is made of 31 national coalitions/platforms, from Portugal to Azerbaijan, which are represented in the International Facilitation Team by 3 elected delegates. A regional secretariat was set up in February 2007 and the latter is hosted by the CONCORD Secretariat (www.concordeurope.org).

The European GCAP constituency is guided by the GCAP Europe Strategic Framework (2008/2010). The GCAP Europe Steering Group is in charge of the operational implementation of this document.

The last GCAP Europe Assembly took place in Rome on September 12/14 (GCAP Europe Assembly 2007, Report). The Next European Assembly will be held in Saint Petersburg by GCAP Russia on November 12/14.
