White Band Day 2 - Brazil

On 7 September, the GCAP coalition in Brazil joined forces with other social movements to celebrate their national day of Independence. It is customary for demonstrations to take place on this day in support of marginalized people, and citizens who feel excluded from political and social processes. The banners are stating the 'Grito Pela Inclusao' or 'Cry for Inclusion'. This year the various groups promoted GCAP and the September 10th white band day by handing out flyers and white bands in Brasilia, Sao Paulo and Aparecida do Norte.
