GCAP Europe Stunt: Aid Watch Report Launch, May 15th 2007

On the 15th of May 2007, European GCAP activists participated in a stunt organized in front of the European Council in Brussels to echo with the launch of the “Aid watch report” directed by CONCORD which emphasises the lack of commitment of the European Governments in delivering on their promises on Overseas Development Aid (ODA). The stunt aimed at showing that some governments are not meeting their targets (Aid Offender) and that some are cheating with the figures (Aid Inflators).
